Day 1:Arrival in Cairo

Your Egyptian adventure begins upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, where our representative greets you and assists with visa formalities. A private transfer takes you to your hotel, offering your first glimpse of the vibrant capital.

The remainder of the day is unhurried—perfect for resting after your flight or enjoying a quiet evening as your tour manager introduces the journey ahead.

Day 2:Giza Pyramids, GEM & Overnight Sleeper Train

After breakfast, meet your private Egyptologist and step into the world of the Pharaohs. Stand before the legendary Pyramids of Giza and the timeless Great Sphinx, then visit the Valley Temple where ancient royal rituals once took place.

Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before continuing to the Grand Egyptian Museum, home to thousands of masterpieces, including King Tutankhamun’s treasures.

Tipping on Nile Cruise

The tip is about $3-5 USD per person per night. For example, if you are 2 people staying 4 nights on a Nile cruise, the tip amount is $4 x 4 nights x 2 people = $32. So you leave $32 in an envelope at the front desk at the end of your Nile cruise.

Extra Expenses

Extra personal expenses on the trip may include a food tour, alcoholic beverages, tipping, visa fees, recreational expenses, and other services not listed.

  • Tipping for the guide and driver after the trip.

All our packages and tours of Egypt do not include entrance fees to special archaeological sites such as entering the pyramids from inside, the mummies’ room in Museum, or entering the Tutankhamun tomb in the Valley of the Kings in Luxor.

Booking Confirmation Policy

The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking.
We are offering a low down payment of just 25% to secure your spaces on tour, including hotel rooms, cruise cabins, domestic flight tickets, and other travel-related services. The remaining balance can be paid up to two days before your arrival date or in cash upon arrival at the destination to your tour manager, making you’re booking a risk-free investment.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation after confirmation with payment before 30 days of the commencement of the tour: 10% of the value of the tour package.
  • Canceling the tour 30 to 20 days before commencement of the tour: 25% of the value of the package
  • Canceling 19-15 days before commencing the tour: 50% of the tour cost
  • Canceling 14-11 days before commencement of the tour: 75% of the tour cost
  • Canceling before 10 days or less before the tour date: No refund for the tour
