Upon your arrival at Cairo Airport, our representative will be eagerly awaiting you with a warm smile and a hearty “Welcome to Egypt.” They’ll smoothly handle all the formalities and escort you directly to your selected hotel.

Once you’ve checked in, take some time to settle into your room and unwind after your journey. Feel free to explore the hotel and get familiar with the details of your itinerary with the help of our tour manager.

Enjoy a restful night, and get ready for an exciting first day in Cairo tomorrow.

Day 2:Giza Pyramids, Saqqara & Memphis

After a delightful breakfast at your hotel, meet your private Egyptologist guide, who will accompany you on a day full of discovery in a comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle.

Giza Pyramids

Begin with the awe-inspiring Great Pyramids of Giza, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. Here, you’ll see the Pyramid of Khufu, the Pyramid of Khafre, and the Pyramid of Menkaure, along with smaller pyramids dedicated to queens.

The Great Sphinx of Giza

Next, marvel at the Great Sphinx, the largest Egyptian statue ever carved. This limestone monument, featuring a lion’s body and a human head, has stood guard over the Giza Plateau for millennia.

Valley Temple of Khafre

Day 4:Fly to Aswan - Aswan City Tour

After breakfast, your tour manager will accompany you to Cairo Airport for a short flight to Aswan. Upon arrival, our representative will greet you and assist with all formalities before transferring you to your chosen Nile cruise.

Your Aswan adventure begins with a visit to the impressive Aswan High Dam, a 20th-century marvel that protects Egypt from Nile flooding.

Philae Temple

Next, explore the beautiful Philae Temple, relocated to its current island location after the construction of the High Dam.

The Unfinished Obelisk

Discover the massive Unfinished Obelisk, still lying in the quarry where it was abandoned. It provides fascinating insight into ancient Egyptian stone-working techniques.

Located on a picturesque bend in the Nile, the Kom Ombo Temple is dedicated to two gods—Sobek, the crocodile god, and Haroeris, or Horus the Elder. This unique dual-temple structure is one of the most beautiful in Egypt.

After your visit, return to the boat for a leisurely afternoon of swimming, relaxing in the sun, lunch, and dinner as you sail towards Luxor.

Tipping on Nile Cruise

The tip is about $3-5 USD per person per night. For example, if you are 2 people staying 4 nights on a Nile cruise, the tip amount is $4 x 4 nights x 2 people = $32. So you leave $32 in an envelope at the front desk at the end of your Nile cruise.

Extra Expenses

Extra personal expenses on the trip may include a food tour, alcoholic beverages, tipping, visa fees, recreational expenses, and other services not listed.

Following are the items with extra costs during the trek:

  • Additional transport that you require.
  • Tipping for the guide and driver after the trip.
  • In case of unforeseen events like bad weather conditions and eventual flight cancellations, you are responsible for extra hotel nights and meals.

Optional Visits & Entry Tickets

All our packages and tours of Egypt do not include entrance fees to special archaeological sites such as entering the pyramids from inside, the mummies’ room in Museum, or entering the Tutankhamun tomb in the Valley of the Kings in Luxor.

Booking Confirmation Policy

The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking.
We are offering a low down payment of just 25% to secure your spaces on tour, including hotel rooms, cruise cabins, domestic flight tickets, and other travel-related services. The remaining balance can be paid up to two days before your arrival date or in cash upon arrival at the destination to your tour manager, making you’re booking a risk-free investment.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation after confirmation with payment before 30 days of the commencement of the tour: 10% of the value of the tour package.
  • Canceling the tour 30 to 20 days before commencement of the tour: 25% of the value of the package
  • Canceling 19-15 days before commencing the tour: 50% of the tour cost
  • Canceling 14-11 days before commencement of the tour: 75% of the tour cost
  • Canceling before 10 days or less before the tour date: No refund for the tour

  • Up to 2 years: FREE
  • Age from 2 and below 6 years: 25% of adult price
  • Age from 6 up to 11 years: 50% of adult price
  • Ages 12 and Up: adult price.
