3 Night Nile Cruise Itinerary

Day 1:Aswan

Upon arrival in Aswan, you will be warmly welcomed by your representative and transferred to your elegant Nile cruise for embarkation and lunch.

After settling into your beautifully appointed cabin, join your Egyptologist guide for a visit to the stunning Philae Temple, dedicated to the goddess Isis, set on a serene island surrounded by the sparkling Nile.

Next, explore the Aswan High Dam, an impressive modern feat, offering panoramic views over Lake Nasser.

Return to your cruise in the evening for a gourmet dinner in the main dining room, followed by a relaxing sunset on the sun deck as the Nile glows golden.

Optional activities include a tranquil felucca ride or a visit to a traditional Nubian village for a closer look at local culture.

Day 2:Kom Ombo & Edfu

Begin the day with a leisurely breakfast as your cruise glides north along the Nile. Late morning, arrive at Kom Ombo, the unique double temple dedicated to Sobek, the crocodile god, and Horus, the falcon god. Discover its fascinating history and visit the nearby Crocodile Museum to see mummified crocodiles and rare artifacts.

Tipping on Nile Cruise

The tip is about $3-5 USD per person per night. For example, if you are 2 people staying 4 nights on a Nile cruise, the tip amount is $4 x 4 nights x 2 people = $32. So you leave $32 in an envelope at the front desk at the end of your Nile cruise.

Extra Expenses

Extra personal expenses on the trip may include a food tour, alcoholic beverages, tipping, visa fees, recreational expenses, and other services not listed.

Following are the items with extra costs during the trek:

  • Additional transport that you require.
  • Tipping for the guide and driver after the trip.
  • In case of unforeseen events like bad weather conditions and eventual flight cancellations, you are responsible for extra hotel nights and meals.

Optional Visits & Entry Tickets

All our packages and tours of Egypt do not include entrance fees to special archaeological sites such as entering the pyramids from inside, the mummies’ room in Museum, or entering the Tutankhamun tomb in the Valley of the Kings in Luxor.

Booking Confirmation Policy

The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking.
We are offering a low down payment of just 25% to secure your spaces on tour, including hotel rooms, cruise cabins, domestic flight tickets, and other travel-related services. The remaining balance can be paid up to two days before your arrival date or in cash upon arrival at the destination to your tour manager, making you’re booking a risk-free investment.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation after confirmation with payment before 30 days of the commencement of the tour: 10% of the value of the tour package.
  • Canceling the tour 30 to 20 days before commencement of the tour: 25% of the value of the package
  • Canceling 19-15 days before commencing the tour: 50% of the tour cost
  • Canceling 14-11 days before commencement of the tour: 75% of the tour cost
  • Canceling before 10 days or less before the tour date: No refund for the tour

Children Policy

  • Up to 2 years: FREE
  • Age from 2 and below 6 years: 25% of adult price
  • Age from 6 up to 11 years: 50% of adult price
  • Ages 12 and Up: adult price.
