Day 1:Arrival in Cairo

Upon your arrival at Cairo International Airport, our professional representative will be waiting to welcome you and assist with all arrival and visa formalities for a smooth and stress-free start to your journey. You will then be transferred comfortably to your selected hotel in Cairo.

After check-in, take time to relax and recover from your trip or enjoy the hotel facilities at your leisure. Later, meet your tour manager who will review your itinerary and provide all necessary details for the days ahead. Enjoy a peaceful overnight stay in Cairo as you prepare for an exciting exploration of the city tomorrow.

Day 2:Giza Pyramids & Grand Egyptian Museum

Begin your day with breakfast at the hotel, then meet your private Egyptologist guide. Travel in a comfortable air-conditioned vehicle to the Giza Plateau to explore the Great Pyramids of Giza—Khufu, Khafre, and Menkaure—icons of ancient Egypt. Continue to the Great Sphinx of Giza, the legendary limestone statue with the body of a lion and the head of a pharaoh, and visit the Valley Temple of Khafre, where royal mummification rituals once took place.

After completing your visit to the pyramids, enjoy a traditional Egyptian lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, proceed to the Grand Egyptian Museum, home to the world’s most extensive collection of ancient Egyptian artifacts, offering a modern and immersive journey through Egypt’s history.

At the end of the day, transfer to the train station to board the sleeper train to Aswan.

Upon arrival in Aswan, you will be met by our representative and transferred to your Nile cruise. After check-in and some time to settle in, begin your guided tour of Aswan’s main highlights.

Visit the impressive Aswan High Dam, a modern engineering masterpiece built to regulate the flow of the Nile and protect Egypt from flooding. Continue to the beautiful Philae Temple, dedicated to the goddess Isis and remarkably relocated to save it from the rising waters of the Nile.

Tipping on Nile Cruise

The tip is about $3-5 USD per person per night. For example, if you are 2 people staying 4 nights on a Nile cruise, the tip amount is $4 x 4 nights x 2 people = $32. So you leave $32 in an envelope at the front desk at the end of your Nile cruise.

Extra Expenses

Extra personal expenses on the trip may include a food tour, alcoholic beverages, tipping, visa fees, recreational expenses, and other services not listed.

  • Tipping for the guide and driver after the trip.

All our packages and tours of Egypt do not include entrance fees to special archaeological sites such as entering the pyramids from inside, the mummies’ room in Museum, or entering the Tutankhamun tomb in the Valley of the Kings in Luxor.

Booking Confirmation Policy

The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking.
We are offering a low down payment of just 25% to secure your spaces on tour, including hotel rooms, cruise cabins, domestic flight tickets, and other travel-related services. The remaining balance can be paid up to two days before your arrival date or in cash upon arrival at the destination to your tour manager, making you’re booking a risk-free investment.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation after confirmation with payment before 30 days of the commencement of the tour: 10% of the value of the tour package.
  • Canceling the tour 30 to 20 days before commencement of the tour: 25% of the value of the package
  • Canceling 19-15 days before commencing the tour: 50% of the tour cost
  • Canceling 14-11 days before commencement of the tour: 75% of the tour cost
  • Canceling before 10 days or less before the tour date: No refund for the tour

  • Age from 2 and below 6 years: 25% of adult price
